High Voltage Heater (HVH)

The electric High Voltage Heater (HVH) is the ideal heating system for battery electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrids (PHEV). It converts DC electric power into heat with practically no losses.

The HVH heating element is ultra-thin and compact. It efficiently converts electrical power to heat due to its innovative layer system bonded to the heat exchanger.

Its energy efficiency and small footprint surpass competing technologies, unaffected by high coolant temperatures.

Coolant heaters

Webasto coolant heaters are compact, powerful and easy to install. They are connected to the vehicle's coolant circuit and bring warm air into the vehicle interior via the air outlets in the dashboard.

Coolant heaters can also preheat the engine to prevent cold starts. Webasto offers water heaters for every vehicle size and every heating requirement.

Air heaters

Available in three different power levels (2, 4 and 5.5 kW), Webasto air heaters heat the air directly and thus heat rooms very quickly. They are suitable for various vehicles and boats.

Depending on room size and heating requirements, there are many options for a customized solution, including air supply and distribution.

Integrated heat exchangers

Integrated heat exchangers from Webasto use the engine's residual heat and integrate seamlessly into the coolant circuit. They are designed for minibuses, commercial, camping and specialty vehicles as well as construction and agricultural machinery, offering efficient heating solutions with capacities up to 13 kW.

The heat exchangers are characterized by their efficiency, flexible heating options, adaptable installation, impressive heat output, low power consumption and high air flow.

Marine heaters

Webasto air and water heaters for boats are specially developed for use on board. A wide range of accessories and devices with up to 15 kW heating power offer a solution for almost every requirement.

Controllers for heating systems

There is a suitable control option for every Webasto heating solution - from the control panel in the vehicle to the handy remote control or the location-independent SmarTemp app.
